Al-Andalus International Insurance Company is a private joint-stock insurer established in Baghdad on 13 September 2015 under Certificate of Incorporation No. M. Sh./01-88775, in accordance with the Iraqi Companies Act No. 21 of 1997.

The company holds a license to practice general insurance business from the Insurance Diwan of the Iraqi Ministry of Finance (License No. 38/2018, dated 31 July 2018), operating under the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 10 of 2005. Approved capital stands at 21 billion Iraqi dinars.

We provide general insurance services for individuals, businesses, and organizations operating in Iraq. Our portfolio covers property, liability, transport, construction, healthcare, marine, and personal lines — giving clients a single insurer for multiple risk categories.

Responsibilities are handled by an integrated team across three branches — Baghdad, Basrah, and Erbil — with technical and administrative staff at each location.
